Charles grew up in Quincy, MA, and graduated from Quincy Vo-Tech with a certificate in electronics. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he served as an Infantryman with honor, courage, and commitment—completing two tours in Okinawa and serving at the American Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya, in the wake of the 1998 terrorist attack.
Following his honorable discharge, Charles became a licensed Journeyman Pipefitter and worked successfully in the trades. But he felt called to something more personal. He considered long-haul trucking but realized it wasn't the right fit—freight is impersonal, and Charles wanted to serve people, not cargo.
That's why he founded Charles B Livery. With the same dedication and integrity he brought to his military service, Charles now serves his community by providing safe, reliable, and personal transportation. Because for Charles, it's never been about the destination—it's about the people he serves along the way.
